Firefighters battled a huge early morning blaze at an house building below development in manhattan's Chelsea district.
they say the 5-alarm fire broke out around 3 a.m. Tuesday on the fourth ground of the 6-story building and right away spread throughout the roof.
fireplace officers say the West 17th road constructing became in hazard of collapsing.
Police say the building turned into vacant when the fireplace broke out and no accidents were stated.
Media stories pointed out the building was to apartment multi-million dollar condominiums, with construction slated to be accomplished by the end of 2016.
several nearby constructions had been evacuated as heavy smoke — viewed for miles — billowed into the air.
