Eire centre Jared Payne has been dominated out of the the rest of ireland's Rugby World Cup crusade with a fractured foot.
The brand new Zealand-born Ulster player, who ignored ireland's 16-9
victory over Italy on Saturday, will take no further part in the
competitors.
"We think for Jared and it become a little bit of a second today, it
is all the time sad to peer one of your members of the family within the
circumstance he is in," ireland scrum educate Greg Feek informed
newshounds, including that no decision might be made on a replacement
unless after Sunday's fixture against France.
Winger Tommy Bowe, a clubmate of Payne's, brought: "he is been one
among our most consistent avid gamers over the last couple of years.
he's been taking part in some unbelievable rugby and naturally losing a
participant like that is going to be a massive blow to any squad.
"We recognize this is the nature of the competitors, we've been very
fortunate in comparison to some groups out there, but we recognize we've
a lot of strength extensive within the squad that may fill in these
positions."
Ireland have made two changes to their team to play France on Sunday, in a fixture with the intention to decide who tops Pool D.
